The pay-per-inspection
program was specifically
designed to provide new
home inspectors with
affordable E&O and general
liability insurance coverage
during their first year of
business.
This program is also
available for seasoned inspectors attempting to lower their insurance costs,
as long as they do not require prior acts/retro coverage.

How Does The Program
Work?
The pay-per-inspection program is available in all
states except: AK, AL, AR, DC, LA, MS, NH, NJ, OK, WV, and WY.
Initial enrollment includes general liability coverage and ten insured inspections.
You may pay for coverage now and activate coverage at a later date (within 45 days of purchase). This allows you
the opportunity to market your business prior to activating your insurance coverage.

inspections and radon testing

Includes coverage for home
inspections, radon testing, and termite (WDO/WDI)
inspections.
