Grape Nut Salad
2lb white
seedless grapes
2lb red seedless grapes (wash and dry – grapes need to be
completely dry)
1 – 8oz cream cheese (room temp)
1 – 8oz sour cream (room temp)
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Brown Sugar
Chopped Pecans
Cream together
sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar
Add grapes and stir
Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top
(I mixed the
brown sugar and pecans in the salad. Then, right before serving
added more pecans to the top)
